Current favorite green drink
My favorite green drink is one I drink at work using our Green powders, carrot powders, and beet powders. It's the easy way to get an organic drink every morning with live enzymes, even if you don't happen to have the fresh produce on hand.

remoc, 4 days ago | FlagI think this is a great idea, thankyou. I live in puerto Rico and we don't have access to all of the wonderful greens some people are accustomedto. I was visiting this summer in upstate New York and it was like being in heaven!
I'm going to the health food store only way home to try to find some powder. Can you recommend a specific brand? -

The fiber is actually removed on purpose from these organic powders to make them more concentrated. The fiber adds weight and bulk to the product. You receive all the detoxing, anti-infla mmatory, and immune boosting benefits from the chlorophyl l and vitamins in the juice (the "blood") of the plants. It is 44x concentrat ed in LeafGreens which I sometimes mix with carrot and beet powders and sometimes mix into my morning fruit smoothie (which is full of fiber) because it is mild tasting enough to not overpower the fruit.

shadow, 1 year ago | FlagI think powders are a great supplementespecially if you don't have access to organic produce but you are getting no fiber to aid digestion or proper absorption - also i don't think most powders don't give you nearly as nutritiona l value- if you want something quick in the am try 1 each - banana, orange,app le and add some kale, carrots or spinach if you have any-
