Hi everyone:

I have had my Vita mix for over 25 years and I just love it.  Have used it almost daily and especially at harvest time.  My brushes went on it a while ago but I was fortunate enough to get another pair and now my machine is up and running again.  Had a hard time living without it.  Have been thinking of buying a new one but the plastic container has been a concern for me as well.  Must do more research.  Happy mixing....Lynn

  • Hi Lynn, I bought my Super 5200 in September 2008 and have used it almost daily. I really like the plastic container; it's nice to be able to see what's going on inside. I had a 4000 many years ago, but like this model so much better. I think you'd enjoy the new models as well. You can trade your old model in which I did, plus you can also use the Vita-Mix three payment plan to make it easier on the wallet. Contact Vita-Mix and discuss it with them. Good luck and enjoy.
