Recipe Help Please Thai Tomato Soup

Hi, I'm new to this, so please be gentle!

I bought a Vita Mix mixer here in the UK this summer and the demo guys used a great Thai tomato recipe complete with cashews to thicken and give taste. I haven't been able to locate the recipe, and was wondering if anyone here can help.
