Hello Everyone,
I am a young senior with an antique shop in Central Fl. I have been a diabetic for many years and am always looking for ways to help the condition stay normal . The Vita Mix and all the possibilities sound like something I want to pursue. I am also a cartoonist who enjoys preparing and cooking my own foods so, learning something from you masters would be so great. I hope I will hear from many of you about great tips and when I get my Vita Mix( Red Zoomer) I can pass on and share my experiences with you.

Hi Guys.
I started my journey with Green
Smoothies and my Vita Mix a little
